Following the 41st successful Excursions earlier in the year, the new team behind the premier group travel show has appointed award winning company LiveBuzz to provide a new website, visitor registration and exhibitor hub as the exhibition continues to look to the future of tourism.
Organised by Tourism South East, Excursions provides inspiration, ideas and itineraries to over 1200 group travel organizers at Alexandra Palace every January. Manager Anna Wilson-Barnes comments “This new appointment is an exciting step in the shows rebrand to improve our visitor and exhibitor journeys and we are delighted to be working with the innovative team at LiveBuzz.”
As part of the new deal every stand at the show will receive LiveBuzz’s SmartScan data capture app, enabling exhibitors to track every visitor they speak to on the live system and send follow up communication within seconds. Visitors will also receive a full contact list of every stand they have engaged with.
