Taking place from 10.30 – 14.00 and attracting coach and tour operators and GTOS from all over the country, the Forum also acts as a magnet to hotels, attractions and destinations from around the country seeking to increase their group bookings. The Group Buyer Forum events are characterised by face to face business meetings between tour planners and tourism businesses – along with tours of the host venue and lunch provided in a relaxed and informal setting. Recent Forums have been located at top venues including the RHS Garden Wisley, the National Memorial Arboretum, Painshill Park and Brooklands Museum in Surrey.
