Popular group travel show venue Wicksteed Park in Northamptonshire has announced its line up of daytime shows for 2017.
Twist and Shout, The Great British Seaside Show, Hooray for Hollywood and Auntie Brenda’s Christmas Tale will provide West End quality entertainment along with lunch and afternoon tea in the park’s historic Edwardian Pavilion.
• Twist and Shout, part of Songbook Productions’ UK tour, is a nostalgic and fun-packed musical journey through the sounds of the 60s and runs from Monday March 13 to Thursday March 16.
• The Great British Seaside Show, which premieres on May 15, is produced by Revival Live UK and based on the classic end of pier variety show. It runs throughout May and June.
• Back by popular demand, Hooray for Hollywood, again by Revival Live, takes you to 1920s London and the show runs from mid-September.
• Auntie Brenda’s Christmas Tale, produced by Songbook Productions, is guaranteed to have you laughing and crying throughout and is fully choreographed with a four-piece band and over 40 costumes. The show premieres on November 5 and will also be performed on dates throughout November and December.
Coach drivers get complimentary lunch and refreshments, and the venue now has dedicated coach parking for up to 30 coaches, with overflow parking available.
