Albatross Travel – www.albatrosstravel.com – is celebrating the bicentenary of Queen Victoria’s birth with its latest Royal Collections tours packaged with overnight stays for coach operators and group organisers.

The company has a choice of one and two night tours visiting royal residences in and around London including Buckingham Palace, where the new exhibition Queen Victoria’s Palace opens on 20 July and continues to 29 September. The new immersive exhibition will include the recreation of a waltz held in the Palace Ballroom.

The Three Day Palace Explorer includes a morning at Buckingham Palace, followed in the afternoon by a visit to Clarence House, residence of the Prince of Wales. The final day is at Kensington Palace (pictured here), where Queen Victoria is also being celebrated with a series of exhibitions marking her childhood and role as a Queen, wife and mother. The day and tour is completed with afternoon tea in Kensington Palace Pavilion. Alternatively Albatross Travel has a one-night Kensington Palace with Afternoon Tea itinerary, where visitors can wander round the staterooms and exhibitions. The packaged tours include bed and breakfast accommodation for one or two nights depending on the tour chosen, at a central London four star hotel, plus entrance fees and afternoon tea.

“Our Royal itineraries are always extremely popular and are a real treat this year if you are interested in all things Queen Victoria,” said Denise Bridges Managing Director Albatross Travel.
