Matt Coulter has joined the travel trade theatre ticket specialist Ticketpipe as Director of Sales - a newly created position to drive new business, making theatre tickets easy to book and gain increased market share exclusively in the travel trade sector.

John Wales, co-founder of Ticketpipe, says, “Matt has built a great reputation over ten years in the travel industry, and I am delighted that he has joined Ticketpipe at this exciting time when we are instigating our growth plans.”

Matt added, “I am thrilled to join Ticketpipe; joining a team with such experience in the theatre world and tourism sectors enables us to deliver the best service and product options for the industry.”

Ticketpipe was founded 18 months ago and has delivered thousands of groups already into London theatres and restaurants. It has just moved to larger offices on Poland Street in Soho and is expanding its operations team with additional theatre experts to help tour operators include theatre and make operations easy again for both groups and FITs.

Ticketpipe will be exhibiting at WTM on stand number N9-100, launching the new travel trade portal and API facility for direct access to theatre inventory exclusively for the trade.
