Group travel industry professionals are invited to share their knowledge and experience at the British Tourism & Travel Show (BTTS) 2027. Applications for the speaker programme are open until 15 October 2026.
BTTS is the group travel industry's key annual meeting place for coach and tour operators, group travel organisers and travel agents. They attend to discover destinations, attractions and accommodation providers from across the UK and Ireland, and to exchange ideas with peers.
Alongside the exhibition, the seminar programme offers a platform for sharing ideas, insights and practical guidance on issues affecting the industry.
BTTS invites proposals from operators, suppliers, industry bodies and professionals with specialist knowledge or experience that could benefit the show's audience. Applications are welcome in a variety of formats, including keynote presentations, panel discussions, lightning talks, case studies and interviews. Previous speaking experience is not required.

Proposals outside these themes will also be considered if they offer value to group travel professionals.
Talks should focus on sharing knowledge, best practices and lived experiences rather than promoting individual businesses or services.
Event Manager Lloyd Jones comments: "One of the strengths of the programme is hearing directly from the people working across our industry. Whether you've identified a trend, overcome a challenge, introduced a new approach or have experience that could help others, we'd like to hear from you. It's an opportunity to share practical experience that can benefit the wider group travel community.”
