The first Group Travel Roadshow of 2027 will take place on Monday 19 April at the Bush Hotel, Farnham, offering coach operators, group travel organisers (GTOs) and tour planners an opportunity to meet leading attractions, destinations and tourism suppliers before enjoying a complimentary visit to RHS Garden Wisley.

The event is organised by Steve Reed Tourism Ltd in partnership with Daish’s Holidays and continues a successful series of 'meet the buyer' roadshows held at prestigious venues across the UK.

Proceedings begin at 10.30am with a travel trade exhibition, networking opportunities, refreshments and lunch at the Bush Hotel. In the afternoon, delegates will transfer to RHS Garden Wisley for a complimentary visit to one of Britain's finest horticultural attractions.

The Roadshow is aimed at GTOs, coach operators and tour planners looking for fresh ideas, new itineraries and direct contact with tourism suppliers. It also provides exhibitors with an effective platform to promote attractions, destinations and visitor experiences to a highly targeted audience.

The Bush Hotel occupies a prime position in the centre of historic Farnham, on the edge of the Surrey Hills National Landscape. With free parking and convenient rail connections, it provides an accessible venue for delegates travelling from across southern England.

Previous Roadshows have been staged at Brooklands Museum, Trentham Gardens, Coventry Transport Museum, Denbies Wine Estate and the Old Swan Hotel, Harrogate. Before Farnham, the next Roadshow will take place at Chester Zoo on Monday 19 October 2026.
