Caroline Brown - who's pictured here - has joined the board of the Alfa Leisureplex Group in a newly created role as Group Commercial Director. She'll be responsible for Alfa Travel, as well as providing commercial support to Leisureplex hotels as the group expands its senior management team.

Caroline takes on the role of Group Commercial Director, following positions as Commercial Director and Business Unit Leader for Shearings Holidays, and chair of ABTA’s UK Tourism and Leisure Group. More recently she held the role of General Manager at Edwards Coaches. She says: “I'm really looking forward to joining such a highly respected brand and employee owned business at an exciting time of development and growth for the group."
